Mark as Useful I'm in DC and got the call at 7:34pm EST. I only know one couple in NY and this isn't their number. My phone didn't even ring - I just got the "Missed Call" notification. He/she didn't leave a message.
Since there are so many people who've been called by this number, it could be that the person calls a new random number every day/week, etc.
